摘要
通过建立连续流动注射方法测定水质挥发酚,分别对方法校准曲线的线性关系、方法检出限、方法精密度、方法准确度、与传统国标法的比较等方面进行了深入研究。该方法研究结果表明:挥发酚浓度在0-250μg/L范围内,方法校准曲线的相关系数为0.9999;方法的检出限可以达到0.83μg/L;方法六次重复测定的相对标准偏差在5%以内,表现出较好精密度;实际样品的加标回收率在98%-109%,表现出较高准确度;通过实际样品测量结果的比对,该方法与传统国标法有着较好的吻合。
This paper used the continuous flow injection method for the determination of water quality volatile phenol. The results showed that the linear curve was obtained in the range of 0-200 μg / L with a good linearity,the correlation coefficient can reach 0. 9999,and the limit of detection was 0. 83 μg / L. The precision can be achieved with a relative standard deviation less than 5%. The recovery rate of real samples was between 98%-109%. The continuous flow injection method coincided very well with traditional national standard method in the determination of real samples.
