摘要
以环境影响评价工程分析理论为基础,就污染物入河量分析工作中的有关技术方法进行解析,并创新性提出定量化的合理性检查手段。结果表明,正确选择分析方法,合理分配各功能区河段污染物入河量,综合运用定性与定量结合的合理性检查方法,是确保分析成果准确可信的关键所在。
Based on the engineering analysis theory for environmental impact assessment,this paper analyzed some technical methods employed in the measurement of river pollutant quantity,and put forward suggestions to determine the rationality of such quantitative analysis. The results showed that a correct selection of methods,a rational allocation of pollutants in various functional areas of rivers,and a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis were essential to ensure the accuracy and credibility of the analysis results.
