摘要
目的:运用百合地黄汤联合酸枣仁汤干预失眠模型大鼠,为防治该病提供有效的理论依据和客观的实验数据。方法:将60只Wistar大鼠随机等分为空白组、模型组、中药组(百合地黄汤合酸枣仁汤)西药组(艾司唑仑)。除空白组外,其余组通过腹腔注射PCPA复制失眠大鼠模型。实验过程中观察大鼠一般情况,检测大鼠血象、脑中5-HT、NE含量变化。结果:中药组体重较模型组、西药组高,差异显著(P<0.01)。中药组外周血象有所提高,与模型组比较,差异显著(P<0.05),而西药组血象改善情况不明显。中药组脑内5-HT含量与模型组相比,差异显著(P<0.05),较空白组差异不明显(P>0.05);西药组脑内5-HT含量比模型组有所升高,但与中药组比,差异显著。中药组脑内NE含量与模型组比较差异显著(P<0.05),西药组与模型组相比却无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:运用百合地黄汤联合酸枣仁汤对失眠模型大鼠进行干预后,大鼠一般情况良好,外周血象有所提高,脑内NE含量降低,5-HT含量升高,睡眠改善明显。
Objective: The insomniac rats were treated with the Baihe Dihuang decoction plus the Suanzaoren decoction, to provide effective theoretical basis and the objective experimental data. Methods: 60 cases were divided into the blank group, model group, TCM medicine group(the Baihe Dihuang decoction with the Suanzaoren decoction), western medicine group(Estazolam). The model group, TCM medicine group and western medicine group were intraperitoneally injected with PCPA to replicate the model of insomniac rats. The hemogram, brain 5-HT, NE content in rats were observed during the experiment. Results: The weight in the TCM medicine group was higher than that in the western medicine group and the model group; the difference was significant(P〈0.01). The hemogram in the TCM medicine group was increased, with a significant difference compared with the model group(P〈0.05); the hemogram in the western medicine group was not obviously improved. The 5-HT content in the TCM medicine group was significantly increased than that in the model group(P〈0.05), with no significant difference compared with the blank group(P〈0.05). The 5-HT content in the western medicine group was higher than that in the model group, but the difference was not significant. The difference of NE content between the TCM medicine group and the model group was significant(P〈0.05), and no significant between the western medicine group and the model group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: After treating insomnia with the Baihe Dihuang decoction plus the Suanzaoren decoction, rats were in good general condition; the hemogram was increased; the NE content was decreased; the 5-HT content was increased; sleep was improved significantly.
