火针刺络放血拔罐治疗带状疱疹神经痛的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating herpetic neuralgia by acupuncture plus bloodletting, cupping

目的:观察火针刺络放血拔罐治疗带状疱疹神经痛及带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法:将87例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组。治疗组44例给予火针刺络放血拔罐治疗;对照组43例给予普通针刺治疗。观察受累神经疼痛症状改善情况及PHN发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.73%,对照组总有效率为88.37%(P<0.01)。

Objective： To observe efficacy of acupuncture plus bloodletting, cupping on herpetic neuralgia. Methods： 87 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 44 cases in the treatment group were given acupuncture plus bloodletting, cupping; and 43 cases in the control group were given acupuncture simply. Involved nerve pain and PHN were observed. Results： The total efficiency was 97.73% in the treatment group, and 88.37% in the control group（P〈0.01）.
