耳穴压豆治疗原发性高血压伴失眠症的临床效果观察

Effective observation on treating essential hypertension plus insomnia by auricular point pressing

目的:探索耳穴压豆治疗原发性高血压伴失眠症的临床疗效。方法:选取我院80例原发性高血压伴失眠症患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用耳穴压豆治疗。结果:采用常规西药治疗的对照组总有效率低于观察组,收缩压和舒张压均高于观察组,观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆治疗原发性高血压伴失眠症的治疗效果确切。

Objective： Clinical effects of auricular point pressing on essential hypertension plus insomnia were investigated. Methods： 80 patients were selected and randomized into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases for each. The control group received conventional treatment; the observation group took auricular point pressing. Results： The total efficiency in the control group was lower; systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the control group were higher; climical efficacy in the observation group was much better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Auricular point pressing on essential hypertension plus insomnia showed exact effects.
