健脾宣肺汤治疗小儿脾虚泄泻53例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 53 children with diarrhea from spleen deficiency with the Jianpi Xuanfei decoction

目的:观察健脾宣肺汤治疗小儿脾虚泄泻的临床疗效。方法:将106名患儿随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予西药常规治疗,观察组服用健脾宣肺汤,对两组治疗效果进行评价。结果:治疗组的总有效率为96.23%,对照组的总有效率为84.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾宣肺汤治疗小儿脾虚泄泻的疗效显著,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Xuanfei decoction on diarrhea from spleen deficiency. Methods： 106 cases were divided into the control group and observed group. The control group took conventional treatment; the observed group was given the Jianpi Xuanfei decoction. Results： The total efficacy was 96.23% in the treatment group, and 84.91% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Jianpi Xuanfei decoction was effective on diarrhea from spleen deficiency, and worthy of promotion.
