摘要
目的:分析对胫骨平台骨折患者实施中西医结合治疗后的临床疗效。方法:将我科2012年2月-2014年1月收治的64例胫骨平台骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规西医的手术方法进行治疗,而观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合应用中药内服治疗。比较两组治疗后的临床效果。结果:观察组患者在治疗后的优良率为90.6%,明显高于对照组患者的71.9%(P<0.05)。结论:胫骨平台骨折采用钢板内固定后给予中药辅助治疗,可以加速患肢功能恢复,有助于患者的早日康复,且安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective： To analyze clinical efcacy of the integrative medicine on tibial plateau fracture. Methods： 64 cases were divided into the observed group and control group. The control group took surgery; the observed group received TCM medicine more. Results： The efciency was 90.6% in the observed group, better than 71.9% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating tibial plateau fracture by plate internal fxation plus TCM medicine can promote recovery of function, with higher safety, and is worthy of promotion.
