胃食管反流病精神心理状态及中医证候规律研究

A study on the mental state and TCM syndromes rules of gastroesophageal reflux

目的:探讨胃食管反流病患者的精神心理状态以及其中医证候规律。方法:以随机数字法选取我院近年来收治的45例胃食管反流病患者设为观察组,另选取45例正常体检人员作为对照组,对比分析两组心理状态评分。结果:观察组患者焦虑以及抑郁状态评分均低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。其中气郁痰热型最为多见。结论:胃食管反流病患者常存在不良心理状态,中医证型较多。临床治疗中应注意调节患者心理状态并辨证分型施治。

Objective： To investigate the mental state and TCM syndromes rules of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods： 45 cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease were selected as the observation group; 45 cases of normal physical examination were selected as the control group. The mental state score in groups were compared and analyzed. Results： The anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower, P〈0.05, with a statistically significant difference. Among them, the Qiyu Tanre type wos the most common type. Conclusion： The patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease often shows a poor psychological status, and many TCM syndrome types. Treating gastroesophageal reflux disease should pay attention to adjust the mental state, and combine with syndrome differentiation.
