摘要
三仁汤出自吴瑭《温病条辨》,本方具有宣畅气机、清热利湿之功。吴氏把它作为治疗湿温的首剂,它也是后世医家推崇的治疗湿温的代表方剂[1]。祖国医学认为湿为阴邪,其来以渐,留恋难散,故汗解不能、攻下无济;既不可辛散燥夺,又不可苦寒直折。本方用杏仁苦温以开上焦,蔻仁芳香以宣中焦,苡仁淡渗以利下焦,稍佐辛燥之半夏、厚朴,清疏之滑石、通草、竹叶等,利湿不伤阴,清热不损阳,使清升浊降,邪从三焦而解。临床实践表明,本方不仅可治疗湿温初起,凡病因病机属于湿者,皆可考虑应用本方随证加减[2]。
The Sanren decoction came from Wenbing Tiaobian written by Wu Tang, was effective on Qiji and Reshi, and was respected by Wu Tang and later doctors. In TCM, Shi came slowly, and gone with difficulty. So treating Shi should be mild. Xingren, Kouren, Yiren, Banxia, Houpo, Huashi, Tongcao, Zuye were found in the Sanren decoction, and played different effects. In clinic, treating the Shiwen diseases with the Sanren decoction can be paid more attention.
