局部氧疗配合养阴生肌散湿敷治疗婴幼儿难治性感染性伤口的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating refractory wound infection in infants and children by topical oxygen therapy plus Yangyin Shengji San

目的:观察局部氧疗配合养阴生肌散湿敷对婴幼儿难治性感染性伤口的临床疗效。方法:将76例难治性感染性伤口患儿随机分为对照组(26例),局部氧疗组(氧疗组)(26例)和局部氧疗配合养阴生肌散组(中药组)(24例),对照组采用传统的换药方式;氧疗组在常规清创后给予高流量、高浓度氧疗后无菌纱布包扎;中药组在常规清创并氧疗后给予中药养阴生肌散湿敷,再行无菌纱布包扎。结果:临床观察中药组治疗时间明显短于对照组和氧疗组,疗效明显高于对照组和氧疗组,患儿家长满意度高于对照组和氧疗组,中药组与其他两组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:局部氧疗配合养阴生肌散湿敷对婴幼儿难治性感染性伤口疗效明显,治疗时间短,家长满意度高,临床值得推广。

Objective： Clinical effects of topical oxygen therapy plus Yangyin Shengji San on refractory wound infection in infants and children were observed. Methods： 76 cases were randomized into the control group（26 cases）, the oxygen therapy group（26 cases） and the TCM group（24 cases）. The control group was given conventional dressing change. The oxygen therapy group received topical oxygen therapy after cleaning the wound. The TCM group was treated with Yangyin Shengji San more. Results： Treatment time in the TCM group was shorter than others; clinical efficacy and patients＇ satisfaction in the TCM group were obviously higher than others, with a statistically significant difference. Conclusion： Topical oxygen therapy plus Yangyin Shengji San was obviously effective on refractory wound infection in infants and children, with shorter treatment time and higher satisfaction, and worthy of promotion.
