早期护理对骨科日间手术患者应激反应及情绪状态的影响

The influence of early care on stress response and emotional state of orthopedic surgery patients in the daytime

目的:探讨早期护理对骨科日间手术患者应激反应及情绪状态的影响。方法:选择2011年5月-2013年9月于我院进行日间手术的骨折患者92例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组进行早期护理,对照组采取常规护理。检测收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)和心率(HR)的变化,并应用情绪状态量表(POMS)评价患者情绪。结果:与对照组相比,观察组手术时血压、心率均较稳定,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);观察组的情绪恶化评分为(5.34±0.21)分。较对照组的(16.59±2.19)分显著较低(P<0.05)。结论:骨折患者在身体发生意外伤害时,剧烈的精神创伤及持续的困难环境使其心理也受到强烈刺激,处于高度应激状态,通过术前针对病情进行早期护理可以缓解其应激反应,提高患者心理素质,从而提高骨科日间手术的安全性。

Objective： The infuence of early care on stress response and emotional state of orthopedic surgery patient in the daytime was investigated. Methods： 92 patients were selected and randomized into the observed group and the control group. The observed group was given early care; the control group received conventional care. The changes of SBP, DBP and HR were detected; and the severity of the patients’ mood was evaluated by POMS. Results： Blood pressure and heart rate in the observed group were relatively stable, with a significantly statistical difference. Emotional status scale score of （5.34±0.21） points in the observed group was much lower than （16.59±2.19） points in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： According to the patient’s condition before surgery, appling early care in treating the disease could alleviate the stress response from accidental damage, severe mental trauma, continued difcult environment and other mental stimulations, improve the psychological quality of patients, thereby improving the safety of orthopedic surgery in the daytime.
