摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理对提高剖宫产术后母乳喂养的影响。方法:选择接受剖宫产的产妇978例,随机分为护理组和对照组各489例。对照组采用常规护理模式;护理组全程采用舒适护理模式。分别观察比较两组产妇母乳喂养率。结果:护理组母乳喂养率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理运用于剖宫产术后可明显提高母乳喂养率,有利于母婴健康。
Objective： To investigate the influence of comfortable nursing on breastfeeding rates of puerpera after cesarean section. Methods： 978 cases of puerpera after cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups, 489 cases for each. The control group was given the conventional nursing; and the nursing group was given the comfortable nursing. Breastfeeding rates in two groups were compared. Results： Breastfeeding rates in the nursing group was higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comfortable nursing on puerpera after cesarean section could improve breastfeeding rate, promote maternal and children health.
