摘要
美国儿童保护制度历经从无到有的发展历程,使受虐待和被疏忽的儿童得到了保护和支持,有效减少了儿童受伤害事件的发生。在借鉴其发展经验基础上,中国亟需建立独立的儿童福利机构,健全儿童保护法律,为儿童提供专业的社会工作福利服务,探索具有本土特色的儿童保护制度。
American child protection system developed from scratch to its current state,offering protection to the abused and neglected children,which effectively decreases the number of children abuse cases. Through learning of its experience,this paper proposes that it is very urgent for China to build independent children welfare institution,to improve children protection laws,to provide professional social welfare service and explore Chinese children protection system.
