摘要
本文综述了目前国内外催化汽油加氢脱硫技术的发展现状,对比加氢脱硫辛烷值恢复技术和选择性加氢技术的优缺点,介绍了Prime-G^+工艺技术流程,并对其在某石化公司100万吨/年催化汽油加氢脱硫装置第一周期连续应用4年后的应用效果进行了标定和分析,结果表明,装置混合产品硫含量为13.4ppm,硫醇含量5ppm,混合产品辛烷值损失1.4个单位,装置液体收率99.20%,总能耗19.48万大卡/吨,装置运行平稳,各项技术经济指标均达到了设计值,可以保证生产国V汽油的要求。
This paper makes summary of the development situation of current catalytic gasoline hydrogenation desulfurization technology at home and abroad, makes comparison of the hydrogenation desulfurization octane number recovery technology and the advantages and disadvantages of selective hydrogenation technology, introduces Prime-G^+ technology process, and makes calibration and analysis of its four years' continuous application effect of 1 million tons/annual catalytic gasoline hydrogenation desulfurization device after the first period in Jinzhou Petrochemical Company. Results show that the sulfur content of device hybrid product is 13.4 ppm, mercaptan content is 5 ppm, hybrid products octane loss is 1.4 units, device liquid recovery rate is 99.20% and the total energy consumption is 194800 kcal/ton,and the unit runs smoothly, various technical and economic indicators have reached to the design value and it can meet the requirements of producing country's gas V.
