摘要
神华鄂尔多斯煤制油分公司厂房二层局部楼面长期处于动力振动状态,混凝土持续疲劳工作,致使该处楼板产生明显穿透性裂缝,不仅威胁到设备的正常使用,更关乎到整体厂房结构的安全及工作人员的人身安全,结构安全问题已不容忽视。因此,该厂房结构振动问题亟待解决。本文对该厂房结构及工艺设备进行了实际振动测试,根据实测结果进行了动力分析,并提出了相应的减振加固方案设计建议。
Part floor on the second floor of the industrial building of Shenhua Ordos Coal Oil Company is in the dynamic vibration state for a long time, the constant tired work for the concrete, making make the floor have obvious penetrating crack, which not only threatens the normal use of equipment, but also have close relation to the safety of the whole factory building structure and staff's personal safety, so the structural safety issues cannot be ignored. As a result, the vibration problems for plant structure need to be solved urgently. This paper takes actual vibration test on the building structure and process equipment and takes dynamic analysis of the measured results, besides, it puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the vibration attenuation and strengthening program design.
