纺织品色牢度的检测分析

Detection Analysis of Textile Colour Fastness

本文主要是对纺织品色牢度的定义、检测重要性、质量检测以及评级优差等进行一个详细的综述和分析。根据色牢度的质量检测标准,主要有:耐汗渍色牢度、耐水色牢度、耐光色牢度、耐洗色牢度、耐干摩擦色牢度、耐湿摩擦色牢度以及耐光汗色牢度的检测等,并介绍各个检测项目的原理及用到的实验仪器。为了确保实验结果的准确性,检验员必须通过对试样色泽变化的目测,再与同标准样卡进行比较。

This article mainly takes a detailed summary and analysisis of the definition, detection significance, quality detection and rating le vels of textile color fastness. According to the quality detection standard of the color fastness, mainly including： perspiration resistance color fastness, water resistance color fastness, light resistance color fastness, washing resistance color fastness, dry resistance color fastness, wet-rubbing resistanc e color fastness,and light perspiration and color resistance fastness etc., besides, it introduces the principle and used experimental apparatus of each detection project. In order to ensure the accuracy of experiment result,the inspectors must take the visual inspection of the sample color changes, and then compare with the standard sample card.
