摘要 本文主要针对煤化工企业如何应对碳排放权问题进行了探索和思考,从碳排放的现状、碳排放的组织及管理、技术发展趋势以及应对措施等方面进行了详细阐述,以便煤化工等企业能够及早应对碳排放权问题,降低碳排放问题对企业造成的影响。 In this paper, it takes exploration and consideration about how the coal chemical industry enterprise face the matter of carbon emission rights, besides, it takes detail exposition of the present situation,organization and management,technology development trend and solutions for carbon emissions,so that the coal chemical industry enterprise are able to deal with carbon emissions right problem as early as possible and derease the influence of carbon emissions problems on enterprise.
