焦化厂废水深度处理工艺研究分析

摘要 水资源是人类赖以生存的基础,是社会得以持续发展的保障。目前国内大多数焦化企业都面临两个难题:一是工业用水紧张,焦化行业是一个用水量较大的行业,需要大量的"新水"用作循环冷却水补充水和锅炉补给水。二是需对大量高浓度焦化废水进行有效处理,以达到保护环境、清洁生产的目的。通过采用污水深度处理技术可以很好地解决以上两个问题,进行水资源的循环再利用。整套工艺分为两个系统,分别为循环水处理系统采用高效澄清+过滤+超滤+反渗透处理工艺;废水处理系统采用高效澄清+生化处理+反渗透处理工艺。经过深度处理后的水在达到环保要求的同时,又重新进入工业生产水系统中,为企业节能减排、降耗增效发挥了巨大作用。 Water resources is the foundation of human life and the guarantee of sustained society development. At present, most domestic coking enterprises are facing two problems: the first is the tense industrial water, coking industry is the industry needing a large number of water consum ption and it needs a lot of new water used as for circulating cooling water make-up water and boiler make-up water. The second is the effective management of coking sewage with a large number of high concentration so that to achieve the purpose of environmental protection and clean production. Adopting the sewage advanced treatment technology is a good way to solve the above two problems,and then take cyclic utilization of water resources. The whole process was divided into two systems--circulating water treatment system adopting efficient clarification+ ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis treatment process and wastewater treatment system adopting efficient clarification + biochemical treatment + reverse osmosis treatment process. After advanced treatment of sewage, it can meet the environmental requirements,at the same time it comes back into the water system,which has played a huge role of energy conservation, emissions reduction, adding-effect,and reducing-consumption for the enterprise.
