由于自控仪表工程的质量控制直接关系到整个石化装置、整个工程项目的稳定,因此在具体的施工过程中需要严格加强质量控制。但是,由于在具体的施工中各种因素影响导致存在质量问题就需要针对问题提出针对性的解决措施。介于此,为了能够为实际工作提供有价值参考,本文在分析石化装置自控仪表工程存在的质量问题的基础上阐述加强石化装置自控仪表工程质量控制的积极意义,让相关工作人员能够清楚深刻的认识到质量控制的重要性,最后提出几点针对性的控制措施。

Because the quality control of auto control instrument engineering is directly related to the stability of the whole the petrochemical plant and engineering project, it is needed to strengthen the quality control in the concrete construction process. However, because of the quality problems influenced by various factors in concrete construction, countermeasures are needed to be put forward in view of these problems. In order to be able to provide valuable reference for the practical work, on the basis of analyzing the quality problems of petrochemical equipment auto control instrument engineering,this paper expounds the positive significance of strengthening the quality control of petrochemical device auto control instrument engineering so that to let the related staff deeply realize the importance of quality control, and finally puts forward some corresponding control measures.
