摘要
近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高与科学技术的发展,人们对食品的要求也越来越高,食品安全与质量成为人们重点关注的问题,不仅影响人类健康也在一定程度上影响社会发展。傅立叶变换中的红外光谱因其属于无损且快速检测技术而得到广泛应用,在食品工业中红外光谱的应用范围与频率越来越大。因此,本文主要阐述了傅立叶变换中的红外光谱原理、数据处理方法以及实际应用,并对傅立叶变换中的红外光谱在实际应用中的不足与缺陷进行分析。
In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standard and the science and technology development, people has a more higher requirement for food, and food safety and quality has become the problem that we focus on, it not only affect human health in a certain extent, also affect social development.The mid-infrared spectrum is widely used because it belongs to the nondestructive and rapid detection technology, besides, it has a wide application range and frequency in food industry. Therefore, this article mainly expounds the principle, data processing method and practical application of mid-infrared spectrum, furthermore, it takes analysis of the deficiencies and defects of mid-infrared spectrum in the practical application.
