近年来化工行业发展迅速,基于生产产品以及材料的特殊性,在生产过程中稍有管理不当,便容易出现安全事故。为提高化工生产安全性,必须要针对常见火灾事故进行分析,结合化工装置火灾特点,分析各项影响因素,有针对性和目的性地采取措施进行优化,提高火灾扑救效率。本文对化工装置火灾特点进行了分析,并对扑救措施的优化方向进行了探讨。

In order to meet the demand of social development, the chemical industry has developed rapidly in recent years. based on the particularity of production products and materials, slightly mismanagement in the production process will be prone to cause accidents, so there is bigger potential safety hazard. In order to improve the safety of chemical production, we must take analysis of the common fire disasters by combining with the characteristics of fire disaster characteristics of chemical plants, take analysis of various influencing factors, take measures to optimize with specific aim and purpose, control the various nodes, improve the efficiency of fire disaster rescue and reduce the economic loss. In this paper, it takes analysis of the fire disaster characteristics of chemical devices and also, takes discussion on the optimization direction of rescue plan.
