摘要 21世纪的农村教育改革需要"全科型小学教师"承担小学阶段国家规定的各门课程教学工作、从事小学教育教学研究与管理。"全科型小学教师"培养需要建立"全科化"培养体系,从对象确定、计划编制、经费投入、基地建设、课程设置等方面进行"全科化"的实践探索。"全科化"培养体系也是"全面发展教育"思想的教师教育实践。 The reform of rural education in 21st century requires'the comprehensive type teachers of primary school'to undertake the work of teaching,study and management of primary school,which is the national requirements.It is necessary to set up a training system to train comprehensive type teachers of primary school to practice and explore the meaning of it by taking the following measures:determining objects,making plans,investment funds,constructing bases and setting up curriculum.General practice training system is also a kind of educational practice,which can reflect the thought of 'overall development education'.
