摘要
我国高校教师学术激励机制从无到有,从借鉴引进摸索到自觉形成体系,其价值取向经历了学术创新、服务政治、效率优先,最终又回归到学术创新的曲折变迁历程,不同程度上激励了高校学术活动的发展和繁荣,为高等教育事业发展提供了可靠的保障;当前,应在实现学术管理专业化、学术研究个性化和学术评价多元化等方面加以改革。
College teacher's academic incentive mechanisms in China have a developing process from none to presence,from reference,introduction to forming system automatically.Its value orientation has experienced academic innovation,service politics,efficiency priority,and finally returns to the tortuous course of academic innovation,which has stimulated,in varying degrees,the development and prosperity of academic production activities in universities and provides a reliable guarantee for the development of higher education.However,it should be reformed in the aspects of the specialization of academic management,the personalization of academic research and the diversification of academic evaluation.
