摘要
电力系统频率静态特性常以系统频率静特性系数K表示,它反映了在计及发电机和负荷调节效应前提下,负荷的变化所引起的频率偏移。作为安排系统频率发生较大偏差时措施的依据和设计事故频率控制系统的参数,K值是调度部门应掌握的重要数据。但是较长时间以来,华中电力系统缺乏对系统频率静特性系数较系统的分析总结,在应用中K值的选取随意性较大。根据华中电力系统在2001~2002年发生较大频率偏差时(含华中川渝联网调试期间)的运行日志求出华中电力系统的K值,并对其进行了分析归纳,得出的结论可用于调度部门的生产运行中。
Coefficient K can indicate static frequency characteristic of a power system.On the condition of that adjusting effect of generators and load's is taken into account,K expresses the frequency excursion resulting from load excursion.K is so important that dispatching branch should know it.Dispatching branch can use K to arrange measure or design equipment when frequency excursion occurs.However there is not systemic analysis on static frequency characteristic of Central China Power System.This paper calculates K of Central China Power System according to operation records and analyses it.The conclusions drawn by this paper can be applied into practice.
