航空公司增值服务创新研究

摘要 航空公司增值服务是民航微利时代下的产物,伴随着服务同质化和低成本航空的快速发展,传统航空公司开始着手拓展自身价值链,对其增值服务进行创新,慢慢由单一承运人向综合服务供应商进行过渡转变.本文在分析目前我国航空公司增值服务的主要类型和特点的基础上,通过分析航空公司增值服务发展面临的新形势,提出增值服务创新的重要举措.
