摘要 针对内蒙古包头鑫达黄金矿业有限责任公司氰化炭浆提金工艺过程中浓密回水金质量浓度高,造成矿浆预浸效果较差的问题,进行了浓密回水活性炭吸附改造实践。通过采用活性炭吸附工艺,提前回收浓密回水中的游离金,有效降低进入浸出槽的矿浆中游离金含量,提高预浸效果,且有利于减少浸出时间、降低尾矿品位、减少金属流失、提高选矿回收率。 In view of the problem causing poor pre-leaching effect of pulp due to the high gold mass concentration in thickened backwater from CIP process in Xinda gold mining company of Baotou in Inner Mongolia,the paper carried out renovation practice using activated carbon for adsorption in thickened backwater. It turns out that the adsorption process recovers free gold from thickened backwater beforehand,and effectively reduces the content of free gold in pulp that enters leaching cell,improving pre-leaching effect. Also,the process reduces leaching time,lowers tailings grade,controls metal loss and improves recovery rate.
