生化汤联合鲜益母草胶囊治疗产后恶露不绝、腰腹疼痛的临床观察

Clinical observation of Shenghua decotion combined with fresh Leonurus capsule in treatment of lochiorrhea and lumboabdominal pain

目的分析产后恶露不绝、腰腹疼痛采用生化汤联合鲜益母草胶囊治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2013年5月-2015年5月至丽水市妇幼保健院产科就诊并诊断为产后恶露不绝患者共90例。随机将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组予以鲜益母草胶囊治疗（3次/天,每次2粒口服）,观察组在对照组基础上,加用生化汤治疗300 m L（早晚饭后1 h温服,每天1剂）,疗程均为14 d。对比2组患者治疗后的中医症候积分、宫底下降和血性恶露情况及子宫三径之和、血白细胞、CRP和宫腔积血等情况。结果观察组治疗后血质、血色、腹痛、阴道出血量、面色评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗后第3天宫底高度、血性恶露量、血性恶露持续时间和恶露持续时间显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗14 d后子宫三径之和、血白细胞、CRP和宫腔积血显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论生化汤联合鲜益母草胶囊治疗产后恶露不绝、腰腹疼痛可促进子宫复旧,改善恶露相关症状。

Objective To analyze clinical efficacy of shenghua decotion combined with fresh Leonums capsule in treatment of lochiorrhea and lumboabdominal pain. Methods 90 cases from May 2013 to May 2015 in hospital with postpartum lochia without a break were randomized into observation group and control group. Control group was given fresh Leonurus japonicus capsule treatment（ three times per day,two capsules each time orally）. Observation group were given Shenghua decoction 300 m L（ 1 hour after breakfast and dinner,day 1,warm-taken decoction） on the basis of control group. The course of treatment was 14 d. Clinical effects were compared between two groups of patients. Results After treatment,the quality of blood,blood,abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding,pale scores were significantly lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）. In observation group bottom height after 3days,bloody lochia amount,duration bloody lochia and lochia duration was significantly lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）. The uterine and threepath,white blood cells,CRP and uterine hemorrhage in observation group 14 days after post-treatment was significantly lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shenghua decoction combined with fresh Leonurus capsule in treatment of lochiorrhea,lumboabdominal pain can promote uterine involution,improve lochia associated symptoms.
