鹿胎膏对子宫内膜偏薄型不孕症患者E2、P的影响及临床疗效评价

Evaluation of clinical efficacy and effect of Lutaigao on estradiol,progesterone levels in endometrial partial thin infertility

目的探讨鹿胎膏对子宫内膜偏薄型不孕症患者二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）值影响及临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月-2016年1月期间,宁波大学医学院附属医院收治的62例子宫内膜偏薄型不孕症患者进行研究分析。采用系统随机化法分为对照组和观察组各31例。对照组使用常规治疗方法进行治疗,观察组使用鹿胎膏进行治疗,2组患者均连续治疗2月。对比分析2组患者治疗后的治疗疗效及不良反应;对比分析2组患者治疗前后的卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度及黄体期血清E2、P值。结果观察组患者的痊愈率为64.52%、有效率为83.87%均高于对照组的9.68%、64.52%（P〈0.05）。2组患者的排卵日子的卵泡直径及子宫内膜厚度与治疗前相比均有显著改善（P〈0.05）,且观察组患者治疗后的卵泡直径为（24.22±1.43）mm及子宫内膜厚度为（12.82±0.98）mm明显优于对照组的（24.93±1.52）mm、（12.66±0.38）mm（P〈0.05）。2组患者黄体期血清E2、P值与治疗前相比均有显著改善（P〈0.05）,且观察组患者治疗后的E2为（248.69±16.75）pg/m L、P为（6.79±2.52）pg/m L改善情况明显优于采用常规方法进行治疗的患者的（257.01±16.59）pg/m L、P为（8.82±2.99）pg/m L。2组患者发生不良反应的情况均较轻,观察组患者的不良反应发生率为16.13%,对照组的不良反应发生率为19.35%,组间差异无统计学意义。结论鹿胎膏治疗宫内膜偏薄型不孕症疗效显著,患者黄体期E2、P值改善明显,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate evaluation of clinical efficacy and estradiol,progesterone levels changes of the Lutaigao used in endometrial partial thin infertility patients. Methods Sixty-two cases diagnosed as endometrial partial thin infertility were collected in the Affiliated Hospital of Ningbo University Medical College. And they were randomly divided into two groups： control group and observation group. The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group using the Lutaigao for 2 months. The curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed. The follicular diameter,endometrial thickness and serum E2,P value of the phase of the corpus phase were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 64. 52%,the effective rate was 9. 68% higher than that of the control group（ 83. 87%,64. 52%）（ P〈0. 05）. Follicle diameter and endometrial thickness and the treatment of the two groups of patients before ovulation were significantly improved compared（ P〈0. 05）,and the observation group after treatment in patients with follicular diameter was（ 24. 22 ±1. 43） mm and endometrial thickness（ 12. 82 ± 0. 98） mm was significantly better than the control group（ 24. 93 ± 1. 52） mm,（ 12. 66 ± 0. 38） mm（ P〈0. 05）. Two groups of patients with luteal phase serum E2 and P values were significantly improved compared with before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the patients in the observation group after treatment for E2（ 248. 69 ± 16. 75） pg / m L,P（ 6. 79 ± 2. 52） pg / m L was better than using conventional methods for treatment of patients（ 257. 01 ± 16. 59） pg / m L,P（ 8. 82 ± 2. 99） pg / m L. Adverse reactions in the two groups were lighter,the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 16. 13%,the adverse reaction rate of the control group was 19. 35%,there was no significant difference between the groups. Conclusion The Lutaigao in treatment of endometrial partial thin infertility curative effect,patients with luteal phase E2,P value was obviously improved,and the safety is high.
