生肌玉红膏联合中药熏洗对肛肠手术后创面愈合的作用和机制

Effect of Shengji Yuhong Ointment combined with TCM fumigating-washing prescription on wound healing after anorectal operation and its mechanism

目的观察中药复方熏洗剂配合生肌玉红膏治疗肛肠疾病术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法将162例肛肠疾病术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各81例。2组患者均给予常规抗感染治疗,在此基础上对照组患者用高锰酸钾溶液坐浴后给予凡士林纱条引流;治疗组用中药复方熏洗后给予生肌玉红膏纱条引流。观察2组患者疼痛、创面水肿、分泌物情况,统计2组患者创面的愈合率及痊愈时间。结果治疗组患者治疗后第5、10天创口疼痛及创面愈合率与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组患者创面水肿、创面分泌物与创面痊愈时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后的第2、4、7、14天2组的P物质表达比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗配合生肌玉红膏对肛肠疾病患者术后创面愈合有较好的作用,其作用机制可能与上调创面P物质表达有关。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengji Yuhong ointment combined with TCM fumigating-washing prescription on wound healing after anorectal operation. Methods 162 patients with postoperative patients of anorectal disease in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group,81 cases in each group. Both groups were given anti-infectious,the control group received vasline gauze to drainage in wound dressing after potassium permanganate solution bath. In experimental group,Shengji Yuhong Ointment gauze was used to drainage in wound dressing after TCM fumigating-washing prescription liquid bath. The wound secretion,edema,pain,healing rate and healing time were observed and compared between two groups. Results In experimental group,wound pain and healing rate on the 5^thand 10 ^thdays after treatment were significantly different compared with those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The wound edema,wound secretion and healing time in experimental group was better than control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was significant differences in expressions of substance P between the two groups n 2^nd,4^th,7^thand 14^ thdays after treatment（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The TCM fumigating-washing prescription combined with Shengji Yuhong Ointment provides quite good effect on wound healing after anorectal operation and achieves significant efficacy,which may be caused by increasing the expression of substance P in wound tissue.
