大学生手机使用现状调查研究——对教育APP设计开发的启示

Survey of APP use among college students:The implications for design and development of educational APP

近年来,随着信息化的飞速发展,使得网民可以通过移动设备随时随地地上网,移动APP也随着互联网的普及而兴起与发展。基于调查问卷的结果,采用内容分析法从横向、纵向维度对大学生手机APP的使用情况做出系统化的结果分析,梳理了娱乐类APP、社交类APP、生活服务类APP和教育类APP的特色功能,结合教育类APP使用现状,从三个方面对教育类APP提出科学有效的设计开发建议,即:①体验极致化,操作简单化;②设计多样化,功能细分化;③界面统一化,内容专业化。

In recent years,the rapid development of computer technology has enabled netizens to gain access to the Internet via mobile device anywhere and anytime and mobile APP has been emerging and developing along with the popularization of the Internet.Based on the survey,we analyzed mobile phone APP use among college students in horizontal and vertical dimensions by content analysis.We summarized characteristic functions of entertaining APP,social APP,life service APP,and educational APP.Then by relating to the current status of educational APP use,the paper puts forward suggestions for effective design and development of educational APP from three aspects as follows：maximizing the experience and simplifying operation,diversifying the design and specifying functions,and unifying the interface and specializing knowledge.
