摘要
医学生就业形势日趋严峻,提升医学生职业生涯规划教育质量,帮助其明晰职业发展之路显得至关重要。该研究结合医学专业特点,将体验式教学植入医学生职业生涯规划课程教学之中,介绍教学设计原则、内容、实施过程及教学评价的具体实践,以期为提高医学生职业生涯规划课程实效性提供有价值的参考。
Medical students are facing an increasingly tough employment situation nowadays. Therefore,it is crucial to improve the quality of education on medical students'career planning and help them clarify the path of career development.In this study,we implanted experiential teaching into medical students'career planning course teaching by combining the features of medical majors.The paper introduces the concrete practice in the principles and contents of teaching design,implementation process and teaching evaluation.We hope to provide valuable reference for improving the effectiveness of medical students'career planning course.
