摘要
高等教育质量的核心是所培养人的质量。借鉴布鲁姆提出的诊断性评价,按照以诊断促进发展的逻辑思路,以福建中医药大学近3届执业医师资格考试各学科通过情况和校内临床综合理论及技能考试通过情况为主要数据来源,对医学类人才培养质量进行诊断"号脉",尽可能客观地反映学校医学人才培养质量的现状,分析学校本科医学人才培养质量存在的缺陷及产生的原因,并提出质量提升的对策。
m The core of the quality of higher education is the quality of students.By referring to the diagnostic evaluation proposed by Bloom and logical thinking of promoting development based on diagnosis,this paper's main source of data is the situation of passing the practice qualification examination of various disciplines in recent 3 years as well passing of clinical comprehensive theory and skills examination by students of Fujian University of TCM.We diagnosed the quality of medical personnel training,trying to reflect the current situation as objectively as possible, analyzed the defects in undergraduate medical personnel training quality and the causes,and proposed some countermeasures for improvement.
