上颌腭侧咀嚼黏膜厚度与腭穹窿形态的CBCT研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:测量汉族人群上颌腭侧咀嚼黏膜厚度,并探讨其与腭穹窿形态间的关系。方法:采用CBCT测量22名受试者上颌尖牙至第二磨牙腭侧正中距离龈缘3、6、9、12 mm处黏膜厚度及腭穹窿宽高比。每名受试者测试42个位点。结果:上颌腭侧黏膜随着距离龈缘越远而逐渐增厚。在距离腭侧龈缘6、9、12 mm处,前磨牙区黏膜厚度明显高于第一磨牙(P<0.05)。在距第二磨牙龈缘9 mm处,高腭穹窿组黏膜厚度低于低腭穹窿组(P<0.05)。结论:腭侧软组织瓣的供区范围以前磨牙区为主。对于低腭穹窿者,采集移植瓣的宽度应适当缩窄,范围可适当向第一磨牙远中延伸;而对于高腭穹窿者,移植瓣的宽度可适当增加,范围可适当向尖牙近中延伸。 AIM: To measure the thickness of palatal masticatory mucosa by cone- beam computed tomography( CBCT) in Han population,and to study its relationship with palatal vault morphology. METHODS: The thickness of palatal masticatory mucose and the width and height of the palatal vault were measured in 22 adults at 3,6,9 and 12 mm from the palatal gingival margin of canine to the second molar. 42 mesurements were collected for each patient. RESULTS: The maxillary palatal mucosa was gradually thickened with the increased distance from gingival margin. At 6,9 and 12 mm,premolar regions showed significantly greater thickness than the first molar region.High- vault was with thinner mucosa than low-vault at 9 mm of the second molar. CONCLUSION: Premolar palatal regions are the most suitable place for harvesting soft tissue grafts. For those who have low vaults,the graft width of recommended region should be narrower and can be extended to the first molar when needed. When it comes to high vaults,the recommended region can be wider and can be extended to canine when needed.
