摘要
单支锉往复运动预备系统作为一种全新的根管预备理念,为临床工作者提供了更多的选择。采用往复运动预备系统进行根管预备时,由于其独特的往复旋转运动,可用单根锉就能完成整个根管预备过程。与其他传统的全序列持续旋转运动预备系统相比,这种新型的单支锉往复运动系统在根管预备中的安全性(对牙本质的损伤、根尖碎屑推出情况、器械分离率),及其对根管自然形态的维持、细菌清除率和工作效率等方面都有哪些优势及缺陷,目前已有大量相关研究报道。本文就此作一综述。
As a new conception of root canal preparation,reciprocating single-file systems provide more choices for clinical doctors. The reciprocating single-file systems are characterized with reciprocal motion and designed to accomplish complete preparation with one single file. A lot of original studies have been done to find out how these reciprocating single-file systems perform in the aspects of decrease in dental crack formation,apical extrusion of debris,incidence of instrument separation,change in WL,and straightening of canal curvature when compared with traditional full-sequence rotary- file systems. In this paper,the recent research progresses in comparison of reciprocating single-file and full-sequence rotary-file systems are reviewed.
