摘要
保证车内的制暖性能是电动汽车(EV)设计的重要课题之一。传统燃料机车能够利用发动机产生的热量满足车内制暖功能,然而电动汽车没有发动机,需要重新构筑热源。它的优劣对纯电动汽车动力性、续航里程等有着至关重要的影响。文章介绍一种基于PTC材料的汽车暖风空调的研发。首先设计了该空调的总体构造,阐述了这种暖风系统的工作原理,分析了该系统一些重要的控制方法与算法,在此基础之上描述了该暖风空调的硬件及软件的试验方法,最后验证了该空调的可行性与实用性。
One of the important problems in the electric vehicle (EV) is how to guarantee cars’ warm performance.Conventional vehicle can use the heat generated by the engine to meet the car warm function, VE have no engine; however,need to build the new heat source. Its advantages and disadvantages have a vital influence range of EV power performanceand range. This paper introduces a research and development of car heater air conditioning based on PTC material. Firstdesigned the overall structure of the air conditioning, this paper expounds the working principle of this kind of warm airsystem, the system are analyzed some important control method and algorithm, on the basis describes the warm wind of airconditioning of the hardware and software of the test method, finally verified the feasibility and practicality of airconditioning.
