某款重卡窄体4×2载货车排气系尾气后处理管线路设计优化

摘要 为解决4×2重卡载货车尾气后处理管路不够通畅的问题,同时避免水管折瘪风险,对离发动机近的尿素箱加热取水管接头采用卡套式成形直角接头,取水管采用成形尼龙管,与尿素箱加热回水管装接的散热器出水钢管岐管采用L形的成形钢管,合理避让了发动机缸盖取水口的周边件并保持合适距离;对过车架横梁的水管及尿素喷射管、回液管则设计专用导向支架对其固定、捆扎并装配到车架横梁上,防止管路折瘪,确保过横梁管线路通畅。对于断水电磁阀、No传感器等后处理接插件则根据其零部件的性能要求就近布置在尿素箱支架和SCR后处理大包上。此外,对后处理管线路的捆扎扎带间距等也提出了要求。 To solve the 4 × 2 heavy truck exhaust aftertreatment line is not unobstructed problem, at the same time avoid therisk from the water pipes to fold flat, the urea box near the engine of the heating water pipe joint by forming rectangularconnector of cutting sleeve type, water pipe using forming nylon tube, and urea box return pipe assembling radiator heatingwater pipe manifold USES the L shape steel tube, reasonable avoid the intake of the engine cylinder head surrounding piecesand maintain proper distance; Right frame beams of the pipes and the liquid pipe of urea injection pipe, the design is specialguide bracket to its fixed, strapping and assembly to the frame beam, to prevent the pipeline to fold flat, ensure smooth beamroute of pipelines.
