摘要
预留间隙是指制动器产品出厂时,在初始工作状态下的摩擦对偶件之间的间隙。实际工作间隙是指制动器装车使用后,经过若干次的工作摩擦之后,工作状态趋于稳定时摩擦对偶件之间的间隙。合理控制制动器预留间隙,使其无限接近实际工作间隙,可以减小空行程,让制动器尽快进入工作状态,利用整车机动运转进行制动磨合,提升整车制动器的过线检测力矩。
Reserved clearance refers to break products when they go out in the original work condition of friction betweenthe duality gaps. Refers to the actual work brake loading after use, after several times of friction work, working status tends tobe stable when the clearance between the friction pair. Reasonable control reserve brake clearance, make its infinite close tothe actual work, can reduce the idle motion, and make brake as soon as possible into the work state, using the vehicle brakingin motor operation, improve the vehicle brake line detecting torque.
