制动器预留间隙的分析研究

预留间隙是指制动器产品出厂时,在初始工作状态下的摩擦对偶件之间的间隙。实际工作间隙是指制动器装车使用后,经过若干次的工作摩擦之后,工作状态趋于稳定时摩擦对偶件之间的间隙。合理控制制动器预留间隙,使其无限接近实际工作间隙,可以减小空行程,让制动器尽快进入工作状态,利用整车机动运转进行制动磨合,提升整车制动器的过线检测力矩。
