摘要
模具开发是汽车车身开发的一部分,是实现产品从虚拟到实物转变的重要过程。本文从模具的工艺规划、结构设计、加工制作,以及整个开发过程中的项目管理作为出发点,阐述了影响模具开发周期和模具质量的关键因素。模具能否按项目管理规定的周期完成交付,对产品能否按期进行可行性验证、试制和量产,起到至关重要的作用。同时,模具制造过程中,通过加强数据状态和生产过程监控,可以减少后期返工,提高模具的质量和精度,实现成本效益的最大化。
Mold development is part of the car body development, it is important to realize product from virtual to physical change process. Inthis paper, from the mold process palnning,structure design and manufacture, as well as the entire development process of the projectmanagement as a starting point, this paper expounds the key factor affecting the quality of mold development cycle. Mold can be stipulated in theproject management cycle to complete delivery, verifies the feasibility of the products will be on schedule,trial production and mass production, itplays a crucial role. At the same time, in the process of the mold, through strengthening the process monitoring,data status, we can improve thequality and precision of the mold, maximize cost-effectiveness.
