摘要
通过对常用发舱纵梁前端板结构介绍,分析其存在的优缺点。某车型发舱纵梁前端板结构设计与常用结构不同,通过与前副车架前安装点连接增加其强度。通过调整工艺路线,缩短其焊接的尺寸链长度,提升发舱纵梁前端板上FEM安装点的精度,降低调试难度。
Through the Introduction to general structure design of send cabin stringer,and analysis of its advantage anddisadvantage. The new structure design of flow groove is completely different from general structure design, increase itsstrength by connecting to the front sub frame. By adjusting the process route, shorten the length of weld dimension chain,Enhance hair class stringer tip board FEM installation accuracy, reduce debugging difficulty.
