摘要
文章通过研究自动变速器差速器烧蚀故障的故障机理和故障工况,并通过试验手段在试验室环境下再现了差速器烧蚀故障,根据对差速器故障发生的机理制定了行星齿轮轴、球面垫片、差速器壳体等零部件改善和优化的措施和方向。为差速器的设计优化提供借鉴和参考。
