关于推进职工互助保障工作的思考

职工互助保障是由工会组织发动、具有互助互济性质的职工自我保障形式,在国家积极鼓励和各级工会推动下,近年来取得较大发展,显示出不可替代的重要作用。但受主客观因素制约,发展中还存在一些矛盾和问题,需要深入研究探索,在理论和实践的结合上增进对互助保障的认识,完善工作机制,破解发展难题,实现科学化、规范化发展。

Worker’s mutual aid security is worker’s self security form promoted by trade unions which featured by mutual aid. In recentyears, this work has made great progress and played irreplaceable role under the encouragement of nation and trade unions at all levels. However,limited by subjective and objective elements, there are still some conflicts and problems needed to be explored. At the same time, we need toenhance understanding of this work, perfect work mechanism, solve difficulties in development and achieve the development of scientification andstandardization on the basis of combining theory and practice.
