Investigation Report on Coke Quenching Method in Gansu Province

干湿熄焦工艺在焦化行业中均得到较为广泛的应用。在国家大力建设生态文明,提倡绿色发展的大背景下,推广干法熄焦工艺,完善污水深度处理系统是焦化行业响应绿色发展的内在要求。文章作为调研组在焦化行业生产一线的调研成果,立足行业内具有代表性的两类生产企业——独立焦化厂与钢铁联合企业的相应特点,对比分析两类企业分别应用干、湿熄焦工艺过程在污染物排放、能源消耗、投资与产出、产品质量和资源利用方面的多项指标。分析甘肃省独立焦化企业不愿使用干法熄焦的原因,解释钢铁联合企业能够实现干法熄焦的现象,并有针对性的提出合理化建议。

Dry quenching process and wet quenching process are widely used in coking industry. In the country to build ecologicalcivilization, promote green development in the background, the promotion of dry quenching process, improve the sewage depth treat.ment system is the inherent requirement of the coking industry response to green development. The research results of the researchgroup in the production line of the coking industry, based on the representative of the two types of production enterprises in the indus.try - independent coking plant and the corresponding characteristics of the steel joint enterprise.Comparative analysis of two types of en.terprises were applied dry, wet quenching process in the process of pollutant emissions, energy consumption, investment and output,product quality and resource utilization of a number of indicators. Analysis on the reasons why the independent coking enterprises inGansu province do not want to use dry coke quenching, explain the phenomenon of dry coke quenching, and put forward reasonablesuggestions.
