新型干法水泥生产线SNCR脱硝废气中氮氧化物测试方法的比对

摘要 针对新型干法水泥生产线SNCR脱硝废气中氮氧化物监测过程中遇到的对测定结果存在干扰的因素,用盐酸萘乙二胺分光光度法和定电位电解法同时测定氮氧化物浓度来消除干扰。结果表明盐酸萘乙二胺分光光度法和定电位电解法都能测定水泥厂脱硝废气中的氮氧化物,两种方法测定结果均正确,废气中的干扰物质对测定结果均影响不大。 According to the determination results of interference factors to meet the new dry cement production line of SNCR de?nitrification of nitrogen oxides in exhaust gas monitoring in the process by n-naphthylethylenediamine dihydrochloride spectrophoto-metric method for simultaneous determination of the concentration of nitrogen oxides and constant potential electrolysis method toeliminate the interference. The results show that the naphthyl ethylenediamine dihydrochloride spectrophotometric method and con-stant potential electrolysis method to determine nitrogen oxide cement plant nitrate in the waste, determination results of the two meth-ods are correct, interfering substances in waste gas have little impact on the determination results.
