摘要
分别使用国标法(重铬酸盐法)和市售某品牌分光光度计自带仪器法测定实验室自配常规标准样品及高氯废水标准样品的化学需氧量,对两种方法能否满足国家标准技术规范的控制要求进行分析,对两种方法的差异做t检验分析,以探讨仪器法在海上平台进行水质COD检测的可行性。
Using national standard method （dichromate method） and Instrument method of a certain brand spectrophotometer tomeasure chemical oxygen demand of standard and high chloride laboratory samples, Whether the two methods can meet the require-ments of the national standard technical specifications is analysed,and analysed the difference between the two methods with t test ,thefeasibility of water COD detection in offshore platform with instrument method is discussed.
