摘要
以我厂南蒸馏装置常压塔的分子筛料干点为研究对象,基于现场采集数据及机理分析,确定了辅导变量。探讨了用多元线性回归建立的软测量模型,仿真结果表明模型精度达到了工艺要求,并讨论了在线修正。
Based on a large number of process data collected and handled, according to the process theory, the secondary variables were chose. This article took the actual study of the sieve material endpoint of our oil refinery, discussed the several modeling methods of soft-measure such as MLR. The simulation showed that the soft-measure makes the needs of the process control. It also discussed the correction on-line of the soft-measure.
