摘要
针对分布式电源大量并网所产生的节点电压以及线路潮流越限问题,设计开发了计及运行成本的主动配电网电压潮流联合控制系统,研究了节点电压与线路潮流控制策略以及控制策略之间的相互影响.通过对真实配电系统仿真发现,应用案例推理以及约束满足方法对节点电压以及线路潮流进行联合控制,可有效约束节点电压与线路潮流,在提高分布式电源接入率的同时,降低运行成本,优化了整体配电网运行.
mAn integrated voltage and power flow management scheme considering the cost of operation was designed in this paper to solve the voltage and thermal variations caused by the integration of distributed generation(DG). The voltage and thermal control strategies and interactions are also investigated. Case studies were carried out to verify the effectiveness and suitability of the proposed case-based reasoning and constrained satisfaction integrated approach. The simulation results show that the integrated approach can control the voltage and thermal effectively whilemaximizing the access of DG and minimizing the cost of operation,hence optimizing the performance of the system as a whole.
