摘要
塑料齿轮日益广泛地在仪表、仪器等电子设备中代替金属齿轮,以降低成本、提高性能。由于材料本身的特性,塑料齿轮的设计有一些特殊要求。本文介绍了塑料齿轮的几种新结构,论述了应用蠕变理论选择材料的方法,研究了根据塑料的收缩、吸湿、模量不稳定性等设计塑料齿轮的特点。
Plastics gears are used to substitute the metal ones in electronic equipmentsuch as instruments and appliances to reduce the production cost and enhanceperformance.There are certain specific requirments to plastics gears designsdue to properties of,material itself.In this paper,several new structures ofplastics gears are introduced.The methods of material selection are discussedbasing to the creep theory and the design of plastics gears are investigatedbasing on the shrinkag,moisture absorbtion and modulus unsatability of plastics.
