基于GPS同步的接地网分流系数精确测量技术研究

摘要 分析了地网分流系数测量中同步信号偏差对测量结果的影响,介绍了基于GPS同步的地网分流系数精确测量的基本原理,并提出了解决环流造成的金属构架分流测量误差的方法。实验室试验数据和现场获得的变电站地网分流测量数据,验证了基于GPS同步的接地网分流系数精确测量方法的正确性。 The effect of synchronous signal deviation in grounding grid current division factor measurement is analyzed, the precision measurement principle of grounding grid current division factor based on global position system (GPS) synchronizing is introduced. In this paper the method is put forward to eliminate metallic framework current division error by enclosure currents, which is applied to measure extra high voltage ( EHV) and ultra high voltage ( UHV) substation grounding grid current division vector and factor, and is verified through the test data.
