龙陵黄山羊成纤维细胞系的建立及其生物学特性分析 被引量:3

摘要 实验采用龙陵黄山羊耳缘组织块贴壁培养法首次对龙陵黄山羊成纤维细胞进行体外培养,通过原代培养、传代培养、冷冻保存建立了龙陵黄山羊耳缘成纤维细胞系;并对其细胞形态、细胞活率、细胞核型等生物学特性进行了分析。结果表明:细胞倍增时间48 h,生长曲线为"S"型;染色体中正常二倍体染色体2n=60所占比例为91.68%。 In this study,the fibroblasts cell line derived from ear marginal tissue of Longling yellow goat was successfully established using the primary explants technique and cryopreservation technology. The morphology,dynamic growth and karyotypes of the cells cultured after different passages were analyzed,the tissue cells of the ear were observed by transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that the population doubling time(PDT)of the cells was 48 h;the growth curve of the cultured cells appeared"S"shape;the frequency of cell chromosome number to be 2n=60 was 91.68%.
