面向服务供应链的客户数据预处理方法研究

摘要 数据预处理是获取服务供应链客户服务知识的重要一环。通过数据预处理,可以有效改进数据的质量,提高客户服务知识获取的效率、精度和性能。运用SPSS Clementine数据挖掘方法,可以方便地进行客户数据的清理、集成、变换、归约等预处理操作。 Data pre-treatment is an important part of the process to obtain knowledge of customer service,which can effectively improve the quality of data, and then improve the efficiency, accuracy and performance of acquisition for customer service knowledge.by the methods of SPSS Clementine data mining software. With SPSS Clementine data mining method, it is convenient to carry out the pretreatment operations such as cleanup, integration, transformation and reduction of customer data.
